No. In the state of Nevada and Indiana, physical therapists have direct access, apart from Medicare clients. Direct access allows you to have PT treatment without a referral, allowing me to see you sooner after an injury or when the pain begins so I can help you resolve any symptoms and get you back to activities quicker. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and am happy to send a copy of your evaluation to your primary care provider.

It means I come to you—whether that’s your home, office, or preferred space. As a concierge mobile physical therapist based in Las Vegas, I prioritize convenience, personalization, and comfort. I know my clients lead busy lives, so I take the commute and clinic wait times out of the equation. You get expert care, delivered where you feel most at ease.

Telehealth is a live, one-on-one video appointment with your physical therapist using a secure technology platform. Telehealth visits require the use of a smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera to participate. Telehealth services place a premium on your time and comfort, providing access to physical therapy right from the comfort of your own home. I currently offer telehealth services in the state of Nevada and Indiana.
Yes. I believe consistency is key to building trust and achieving lasting results. As the founder and sole physical therapist at Enrich Motion, I personally provide every session—so you’ll always be working with someone who knows your goals, your story, and your progress.
Wellness care is preventative and not intended for rehabilitating a specific injury—which is care typically not covered by insurance. I offer wellness services to help improve strength, flexibility, overall fitness, and injury prevention. My goal is to help you stay active and resilient. If you're seeking treatment for pain or an injury, that would fall under physical therapy services rather than wellness care.
